Software Engineer (AI Platform) — Kosovo (Remote)

Location: Kosovo (Remote; office in Ferizaj planned)

Build the backbone of our AI products.

You’ll design and ship the services, data flows, and tools that make our AI features reliable, fast, and measurable. If you enjoy clean APIs, well-instrumented systems, and pragmatic ML integration — you’ll love this role.

What you’ll do

• Own core services for our AI platform (backend/frontend/services) with clear, versioned APIs.
• Integrate & evaluate LLMs/AI services, design RAG pipelines, prompt flows, and guardrails.
• Data plumbing: ETL/data pipelines, vector search, embeddings, caching, feature stores.
• Reliability by default: testing, CI/CD, metrics, tracing, alerting, and evaluation loops.
• Collaborate tightly with product & ML (including our team in Germany) to deliver user-facing value.

What you bring

• Solid experience shipping production software (Python or Node.js preferred; TS a plus).
• Familiar with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker, basic K8s), IaC basics.
• Good grasp of modern dev practices: Git, code reviews, tests, CI/CD, observability.
• Bonus points: Transformers/PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Postgres/Redis, Qdrant/Weaviate/FAISS/Pinecone, Airflow/Dagster, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
