Your Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders, including Sales, Customers, Management, and Support, to define the product roadmap.
• Act as the bridge between the Infleet development team and the business stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are properly documented and prioritized.
• Perform manual testing of implemented features to verify that they meet the specified requirements and provide a seamless user experience.
• Ensure that the product meets both functional and non-functional requirements from the end-user perspective.
• Communicate the release notes and product updates internally within the team and externally to customers.
• Provide feedback and work closely with developers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of product development processes and quality assurance practices.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing: writing/executing test cases, identifying bugs, ensuring high-quality products.
• Great command of German and English, with strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with product management tools is a plus.
