Community Justice Mapping
Request for Applications (RFA) No. 003
USAID Justice Activity in Kosovo (the Project), implemented by Chemonics International, is seeking grant applications to support the Free Legal Aid Agency in conducting a mapping of citizens’ legal issues and justice needs in Kosovo. The grants will be awarded and implemented in accordance with USAID and US Government regulations governing grants under contracts and Justice Activity in Kosovo’s internal grant management policies.

- Quality and Accessibility of Justice Services Improved
- Citizen Understanding, Engagement, and Trust of the Justice System Improved
- Effective Innovations in the Justice Sector Developed
The Project will consider awarding a grant to Kosovo based qualified Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to provide sustainable Community Justice Mapping throughout Kosovo. The objective of the activity is to analyze and prioritize legal aid and legal information needs of Kosovo’s citizens and to identify the groups and communities most in need of additional resources, information, and assistance.
To qualify for consideration, interested organizations are required to complete a full grant application and other annexes according to the eligibility criteria and detailed instructions for applications which can be requested by email to the following address:
