Agency Name: U.S. Mission to Kosovo
The United States Embassy in Kosovo announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out the U.S. Speakers Program. The Speakers Program brings dynamic U.S. citizen experts to Kosovo to engage professional and student audiences throughout the country on topics of strategic importance to the United States and Kosovo. Specifically, the program seeks to influence local audiences on education for employment, innovation and leadership, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) education, academic integrity, women’s entrepreneurship, NGO capacity building, and countering domestic violence through the shared knowledge, expertise and know-how of U.S. experts. Also, the program seeks to establish concrete networking and contact-building opportunities among U.S. experts and local audiences. Programs may take place in person or virtually (note: due to COVID travel restrictions, most programs are likely to take place virtually, and all applications should include a plan for virtual engagement).
