Call for expression of Interest
The GIZ project “Support to the EU Integration Reform Processes in Kosovo”
invites suitably qualified experts to support the creation of the prerequisites for aligning a General IT Strategy for the purpose of establishing and implementing the best IT practice framework related to all IT functions, operations and responsibilities within the Ministry of Finance Labor and Transfers (MFLT) and its related ICT departments and units for the purpose of advancing and modernizing the quality of IT services to its customers, staff and stakeholders in an efficient, accountable and transparent manner. The measures will be carried out in the time-period Sep 2021- Aug 2023.
The checklist below provides further information about the conditions and expectations of the GIZ. Based on the responses to this Request for Information, GIZ will pre-qualify experts that will then be sent a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be formally invited to submit more detailed proposals. Response to the RFI (Request for Information) does not necessarily imply that the expert will receive the tender papers.
Based on the outcome of the RFP, the GIZ will offer a contract to the expert selected. Please note that all correspondence and dealing with the GIZ must be in English.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
1) Proof of experience. The expert should have 10 or more years of experience in IT related projects.
2) Proof of expertise. The expert should provide their Curriculum Vitae (CV) together with relevant certifications pertaining to the expertise outlined in the expression of expertise.
3) The expert should provide the names of 2 reference clients with whom they have provided a similar work as required by the GIZ. One of the references provided should be a client that has contracted the expert within the last 12 months. The expert should note that References may be contacted by the GIZ at any time.
