The Council of Europe’s project “Support to the Constitutional Court in Applying and Disseminating European Human Rights Standards” calls for tenders for purchase of design and printing services to be requested on as needed basis for diverse project publications, reports, visibility items and other relevant products.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 7 March 2022.

Tenders shall be submitted by email only (with attachments) to the email cpd.pristina@coe.int, with the following reference in subject: Tender – Purchase of Visibility and Publication Services _ Contract N° BH8793/03. Tenders addressed to another email address will be rejected.

All questions shall be submitted at least five (5) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address cpd.pristina@coe.int, with the following reference in subject: Questions - Purchase of Visibility and Publication Services.
