The United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the Provision of 24 Hour Recovery Services to its Vehicle fleet on an “as and when required basis”, to fulfil the operational requirements of the Mission.
The successful Contractor shall be responsible to provide the following services and equipment:
- Recovery Services as straight – bar tow;
- Recovery Services as suspended tow;
- Recovery Services as flatbed recovery.
Services are to be provided on General Purpose Vehicles 4x4 (Prado, Auris, RAV4, Hiace, Hilux, Volvo, Landcruiser).
The Contractor shall be responsible to recover UNMIK vehicles from any location within and outside Kosovo.
The resulting Contract shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each.
Companies interested to participate in the tender are requested to submit their EOI by e-mail as indicated above. The EOI must include the following company’s information:
- Company’s background, including experience in provision of relevant services;
- “Business Registration Certificate and License” for provision of relevant services in Kosovo
This Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNMIK reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Submission of a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that such a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only vendors, deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission of EOI, will receive the final tender solicitation document.
