  • An excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Perform and/or assist in performance reviews.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage payroll processes, and other people-related administrative duties
  • Do whatever it takes to help people grow and be happy at work

Required Skills

  • Passionate about dealing with people, recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees
  • Strong knowledge of Kosovo’s labor legislation
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Proven ability to generate creative ideas that keep and attract talent
  • Be Independent, practical and accountable
  • 2-4 years experience working in an agency or similar marketing environment

Suggested Skills

  • Experience using Google Docs/Sheets/Slides tools
  • Experience working with a remote team
