Foster Effective and Balanced CSO/Media Reporting on the Judiciary
Request for Applications (RFA) No. 004
USAID Justice Activity in Kosovo (the Project), implemented by Chemonics International, is seeking grant applications to create, implement and promote innovative ideas, mechanisms and solutions that will yield thorough and balanced research on the conduct of justice sector officials that will culminate in an objective analysis of both positive and deviant patterns. In addition, CSOs will be encouraged to publish examples of best practices conducted by justice providers. Through this grant opportunity, the Project aims to increase evidence-based information available to citizens about the work of justice system.
The grants will be awarded and implemented in accordance with USAID and US Government regulations governing grants under contracts and the Justice Activity in Kosovo’s internal grant management policies. The Project has three main objectives:
- Quality and Accessibility of Justice Services Improved
- Citizen Understanding, Engagement, and Trust of the Justice System Improved
- Effective Innovations in the Justice Sector Developed
To qualify for consideration, interested organizations are required to complete a full grant application and other annexes according to the eligibility criteria and detailed instructions for applications which can be requested by email to the following address:
