  • You are the first point of contact and "sparring partner" for our customers regarding the technical and content-related use of our software
  • You communicate and coordinate customer requests to the relevant internal departments and thus make a decisive contribution to the continuous further development of our product and service portfolio
  • You develop solutions to train customers sustainably in the use of our product and service portfolio
  • You continuously maintain our database for internal knowledge transfer for our customers
  • You are responsible for the support of our software for our customers

PROFILE - What you will need to fulfill your duties as a Guard*ette:

  • You have successfully completed your studies or training and ideally already have 1-2 years of professional experience in Customer Support or as a Support Admin.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in setting up B2B support structures, enjoy communicating directly with customers and find topics such as OLAs, SLAs and CSIs interesting.
  • You find data protection topics exciting, and are interested in working together with data protection departments from different companies.
  • You have good analytical skills and technical understanding, you are structured and absolutely reliable in your work.
  • You are highly self-motivated, enjoy working in a team and can convince with your strong written and spoken German (C1 level) and English skills.
