Customer Service Representative German (Bilingual) – IMMEDIATE START

We are a Fusion BPO US-based recruiting team hiring experienced Team Leaders that speak fluent German (C1 level) and English (basic) for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative position in our new office in Pristina, Kosovo.

This is an onsite inbound call position for the professional world-class soccer event.

Requirements:

• C1 level of German Language and Basic English (required)
• Previous customer service/call center experience (preferred)
• Must have problem-solving and interpersonal skills and be team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work with close deadlines
• Reliable and able to work full time with a flexible schedule
• Maintaining the confidentiality of information

Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls
• Provide exceptional customer service support
• Enter customer data into multiple programs
• Helps customers resolve problems on the first call and follow up with customer inquiries
