Call for expression of Interest
The GIZ project “Support to the EU Integration Reform Processes in Kosovo” invites suitably qualified companies to submit their proposal for the Implementation of the EU Innovation Lab. The lab will be the first incubation program for the civil servants (CS) in Kosovo aiming to support ideas for public services which contribute to the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement between Kosovo and the EU. The aim with the final products will be to contribute to improvement of public services for citizens and businesses and which in general have an impact on improving the lives of the citizens. The EU Innovation Lab is expected to be implemented for the time-period August 2021-March 2023.
The checklist below provides further information about the conditions and expectations of the GIZ. Based on the responses to this Request for Information, GIZ will pre-qualify companies that will then be sent a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be formally invited to submit more detailed proposals. Response to the RFI (Request for Information) does not necessarily imply that your company will receive the tender papers.
Based onthe outcome of the RFP, the GIZ will offer a contract to the Company selected. Please note that all correspondence and dealing with the GIZ must be in English or German.
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
- Proof of company’s legal status (registration and/or certification documentation), Company details (name, postal address, email address, web page if applicable, contact person, bank information, etc.), date of incorporation within their initial response.
- Companies should provide the names of 2 reference clients with whom they have provided a similar work as required by the GIZ. The Company should note that References may be contacted by the GIZ at any time.
