PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kosovo announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a program to provide afterschool English language instruction and enhancement activities to ethnically diverse groups of youth age 14-18 in four (4) regions of Kosovo.

Priority Region: Kosovo

Eligible Applicants

The following organizations are eligible to apply:

• Kosovo’s not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/nongovernmental organizations
• Kosovo’s public and private educational institutions
