DCS Communication Center has many years of call-center experience.

Something that started with our own requirements for handling inbound calls for travel sales has, since 2003, developed into a multi-purpose call center.At the moment we have up to 1200 workstations available.Each of our workstations is equipped with the latest technology, such as networked PC workstations, online-desktop technology, our own database system and contact management software, such as predictive dialers.By connecting directly to the data center in Berlin over leased lines, we have a connection of the highest quality.Also, the fact our own programmers and database specialists work in-house means that DCS can handle requests for large projects in a very short time frame.
