We are seeking an experienced Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team for our E-commerce business. As Ads Manager, you will be initially responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns analysis and provide insights to our ad marketing team for various digital platforms. Your expertise in online advertising strategies, data analysis, and campaign optimization will be crucial in driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze advertising campaign performance and provide insightful reports and recommendations to the marketing team for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Help the marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive advertising strategies across digital platforms, including but not limited to search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and mobile advertising networks.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, advertising trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of advertising campaigns.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to maximize ad performance, including ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online advertising to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executing ad campaigns.
- Proven work experience as an Ads Manager or similar role, with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Understanding of key digital marketing concepts like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, display advertising, remarketing, and email marketing.
- Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Experience in creating and managing successful campaigns on Google Ads, including keyword research, bid management, and optimization.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including ad set creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset and the ability to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present campaign results and recommendations.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
