The overall objective of the assignment is to support the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation to improve the standard of higher education infrastructure and support the delivery of education services in public higher education institutions. The consultant will assess the current situation in the higher education sector, including policies and strategies. The consultant will review the socio-economic data surrounding higher education attendee and their trends thereof. Based on the above, the consultant will develop a prioritised list of investments for selected universities and provide conceptual designs for these investments.
