Description

The joint Council of Europe/European Union Horizontal Facility II programme and its action on "Strengthening the Quality and Efficiency of Justice in Kosovo*" (KoSEJII) is looking for a provider to conduct a satisfaction survey aimed at court users of three selected basic courts, based on the CEPEJ methodology and taking into consideration the good practices as well as the lessons learnt of the pilot courts when implementing a similar survey during the first phase of the project.

According to the CEPEJ methodology, the survey is as a self-assessment tool for court management to identify strengths and weaknesses in the court’s functioning in order to constantly improve the services delivered and to increase users’ confidence in the administration of justice. The survey will be conducted and analysed from a gender perspective. The Provider will co-operate with the KoSEJ Action with the purpose of overseeing the implementation of the court user’s satisfaction survey in the three courts.
